I hope you will find this information helpful. We are often told that for less than the price of a custom cake at a grocery store, you get so much more at Choux. I am so glad that we can provide this service, helping to make great cake, great design and outstanding service accessible.
Please note that our commercial kitchen is fully licensed, inspected, and run by a certified Food Manager. This is not a home-based business.

Wedding
Cakes
Our moist, delicious, and beautiful Wedding Cakes start at $4.50 per serving for perfectly smooth Swiss buttercream. Fondant icing over Swiss buttercream starts at $5.50 per serving. Wedding service includes delivery in Jacksonville, and our delivery price to surrounding areas is extremely reasonable (usually $35-$60). Custom design, consultation, and our popular Tasting Box are also included. Hand made items such as sugar flowers, plaques, and figurines will be priced separately and add to the final cake price. Minimum wedding cake service order is $500. Smaller wedding cakes are also easily accommodated and may allow for customer pickup (depending on the design).

Carved cakes of any size start at $125. We offer these for all sorts of special occasions. The sky is the limit! (Hey, that gives me an idea for sky cake...)
Cars, purses, houses, helmets, video game systems, princesses, penguins and the occassional shark all find their way into the studio!
Birthdays, Etc.
You name it, we think you need a cake to celebrate it! Let us create a unique, delicious custom-designed cake for your most special events. Starting at $4.50 per serving.
​Some of the most unique and fun cakes that we get to do are the ones for children's birthday. Send in a picture of your child with his or her cake from Choux so we can feature it on our Facebook page as our "Birthday Child Of The Week"!​

Sugar Flowers
Owner and Designer Tamatha Cain is a master sugar flower maker. These flowers may be ordered separately from our cakes for use on your own cakes. They are popular on wedding cakes. Each type of flower is priced individually and range from $5 to $60. Tamatha was trained by several well-known sugar artists including Ron Ben-Israel, Nicholas Lodge, and Geraldine Randlesome.
We are a small, custom shop and we take each order to heart.
